Reed HR are working alongside a large Not for Profit Organisation based in Central London who are recruiting for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to support a busy HR function for initially 3-6 months.
This role is hybrid.
Role Purpose
The Interim Learning & Development Administrator will provide high-quality administrative support to the L&D & HR function, ensuring the smooth delivery of training programmes, compliance activities, and organisational development initiatives. The role is critical in supporting workforce capability, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive learning culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination
- Schedule and organise internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Manage training calendars, invitations, room bookings, equipment, and logistics.
- Liaise with training providers, venues, and internal stakeholders to confirm arrangements.
- Support the coordination of mandatory training compliance, including reminders and monitoring.
Administration & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate training records on the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS) and HR systems.
- Process training requests, approvals, attendance data, and evaluation forms.
- Prepare L&D reports, dashboards, and compliance updates for managers and senior stakeholders.
- Manage shared inboxes and act as the first point of contact for L&D queries.
Learning Resources & Content Support
- Upload training materials, guidance notes, and e-learning content to the LMS.
- Assist with formatting, proofreading, and updating learning documentation.
- Help maintain the L&D intranet pages and internal communications.
General Support
- Provide administrative support for organisational development projects, apprenticeships, induction programmes, and leadership development pathways.
- Support evaluation activities, including feedback analysis and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive learning environment aligned with public sector values.
