Family Solicitor – Associate/Senior Associate

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 and Chambers-recognised family team in Wiltshire.
The award-winning department handles high-quality, complex work that rivals the type of matters you would typically see in London, while offering the balance and lifestyle of a regional practice.
The team is continuing to grow and has a strong pipeline of work, with an established caseload ready to be handed over. The role is focused predominantly on private divorce, financial remedy and private children matters, supported by strong internal referrals and an established client base.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Divorce and complex financial remedy matters
- High- and ultra-high-net-worth cases involving assets of £1m–£12m+
- Financial remedy cases with multi-jurisdictional and offshore elements
- Matters involving trusts, property portfolios and business interests
- Private children work, including international relocation and complex residence/contact matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- TOLATA matters
Clients include HNW individuals, local business owners, farmers, property developers and established family estates, giving you exposure to nationally significant work alongside a genuinely personal, regional client offering.
What experience is required
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 4 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in divorce and financial remedy work, with some exposure to private children matters
- Experience handling complex, high-value cases with a high degree of autonomy
- A confident and client-focused approach
