An opportunity to join an exciting manufacturing project in Deeside, North Wales. As the role will be joining at the start of the project there will be the opportunity to assist with establishing invoice procedures.
Job Spec:
- Production of the customer invoices in SAP working with closely with the sales and customer service departments.
- Production of the customer credit notes in SAP.
- Assist the treasury department with credit controlling tasks.
- Assist the treasury department with daily cash transactions in SAP.
- Verifying and requesting new customer set up.
- Any other adhoc duties required by the Accounting Manager or wider finance team.
Person Spec:
- Previous experience in customs and duty
- Vat experience would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
