Our client, a well-established business based in Borehamwood, is seeking a B2B Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity offered as a 6-month Fixed Term Contract initially, with the potential to extend. The role is set to start on 5th January 2026, so you’ll be kicking off the new year with a fresh challenge!

We are seeking a confident, proactive individual with exceptional communication skills to join the Customer Service/Sales Team as a B2B Sales and Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in Customer Service and Sales, who thrives in managing both inbound inquiries and outbound calls, enjoys cross-selling and upselling, and building strong customer relationships.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Generate new sales leads.
- Work towards KPIs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop knowledge of products and pricing.
- Manage sample requests via CRM, preparing 10–20 daily sampling requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support and B2B Sales.
- Strong phone communication & listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and resolving customer complaints.
- Experience in Food-to-Go or Distribution is desirable but not essential.
