In Dublin, their Real Estate team, led by 4 partners and a squad of 15 fee earners, is not just a team; they’re the headline act. Picture this: transactional expertise, a commercial approach, and a growing retail practice catering to big names like Zara, TKMAX, Hugo Boss, and Vodafone. We’re not stopping there; we’re expanding into renewables, championing Environmental & Sustainability, and making waves in multi-jurisdictional transactions with our global partners. WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:
- Dance through Retail Leases: Manage leases for retail giants like Zara and TKMAX, blending legal finesse with the latest tech.
- Global Real Estate Groove: Support our international investment division in property investments around the globe.
- Finance Fever: Join the Finance team on a lending transaction adventure.
- High-Value Harmony: Collaborate with the team on high-value client matters, setting the stage for legal excellence.
- Client Connection: Build and maintain relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: To steal the show, you must:
- Bring at least 2 years+ of Commercial Property and Real Estate swagger.
- Exude enthusiasm, resilience, and an appetite for solving legal puzzles.
- Be the maestro of stakeholder management, engaging with internal and external rockstars.
- Approach tasks with flair, mastering diary and task management.
- Draft clear and legally effective documents, taking client instructions to the next level.
