Our incredibly successful client, have expanded to the point where they need a strategic and results focussed Head of Sales to support the further growth of the business.
This is a leadership role that will offer the successful candidate autonomy and the chance to shape the sales strategy for the business. You will be a pioneer in building long term relationships and have the ability to lead a team with this ethos at the forefront.
The role will involve:
- Managing, leading and developing the small, but talented sales team
- P&L management
- Managing key account relationships and ensuring consistent growth in revenue
- Use current industry trends and competitor activity to set an effective sales strategy
- Expert negotiations and board level decision making
- Implement KPI’s
- Sales forecasting, budgeting and planning
