NET Recruit are partnering with a successful FMCG business to search for a Training Manager in the Sittingbourne area.
Your Role
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Leading the training team to support the business on an operational level, underpinning efforts towards business goals with competent and well-trained employees
- Creating and managing the company’s SOPs to ensure these are compliant with legislation and company goals, in collaboration with other business functions
- Providing comprehensive induction services for new employees as part of the onboarding process
- Maintaining and updating the L&D system
- Promoting a culture that prioritises continuous improvement, centred around business success and employee development
- Managing the training team, supporting their ongoing development and needs, including developing their skillsets and identifying areas for improvement
You MUST Have
Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience working within a training remit, specifically within a training management role
- Possession of a health & safety certification such as NEBOSH
- Exposure to the manufacturing sector
- Good working knowledge of MHE operations alongside relevant regulations such as Health and Safety
- Good experience working with training systems and tools, as well as LMS platforms
- Excellent communication abilities, specifically within being able to engage and inspire colleagues and be able to translate training material into engaging delivery
- Proficient in IT, specifically MS office and additional training software
