Right Now Group are representing a Telesales Executive to join a dynamic sales support team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and qualifying leads, supporting the sales pipeline by ensuring leads are accurately vetted and assigned to the appropriate teams.

Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Executive:

Conduct outbound calls to validate and qualify incoming leads against predefined criteria.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive lead records within the CRM system.

Assign qualified leads to sales teams or relevant channels promptly and efficiently.

Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and marketing campaigns.

Work closely with the marketing team to identify ideal customer profiles and support lead nurturing activities.

Provide regular feedback on lead quality and recommend improvements to targeting strategies.

Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and lead processing times.

Identify areas for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance lead qualification workflows.

Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position offerings.
Key Skills for a Telesales Executive

Previous experience in telemarketing, lead qualification, or sales support, preferably in a B2B environment.
