The Role
This isn’t your average recruitment role.
As a Digital Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build relationships, grow your own market, and become that person clients and candidates trust when they need digital talent. You’ll own the full recruitment process — with loads of support, training, and room to progress.
If you’re competitive, curious, and enjoy talking to people (a lot), you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building your own desk within the digital space (PPC, Paid Media, SEO, Social, UX, Product, etc.)
- Finding and speaking to top digital talent (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from first call to placement
- Developing long-term client relationships (not just transactional sales)
- Writing job ads that don’t sound like everyone else’s
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Keeping your CRM tidy (future you will thank you)
- Hitting targets and celebrating wins (big and small)
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience or a strong sales/customer-facing background
- A genuine interest in digital, tech, or marketing
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Resilient, driven, and motivated by success (and commission )
- Organised, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone
- A sense of humour — very important
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
- Experience recruiting in digital, tech, or marketing
- Agency recruitment background
- Knowledge of PPC, Paid Media, SEO, or wider digital roles
- Experience working to targets or KPIs
