What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the financial and commercial performance of social housing maintenance contracts.
- Pricing additional works, resolving contractual issues, and mitigating risks.
- Complete CVR, forecasts, valuations, and financial reporting.
- Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor at a Main Contractor
- Expertise in social housing maintenance or Decent Homes
- Strong knowledge of CVR, JCT/NHF schedules, and cost management.
- Ability to drive value while ensuring health, safety, and customer satisfaction.
