Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project controls, including scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our nuclear projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement project controls strategies and plans for nuclear projects.
β’ Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to identify potential risks and issues.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation plans and ensure project objectives are met.
β’ Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
β’ Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in engineering, project management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
β’ Proven experience in project controls management within the nuclear industry.
β’ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
β’ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
β’ Familiarity with nuclear safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
