Description
- Supervise production activities to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to maintain and improve manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and manage team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare relevant reports.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
Profile
A successful Production Supervisor should have:
- A strong background in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- IOSH qualified – NEBOSH preferred
- Proven experience in supervising production teams and processes.
- Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
Job Offer
