I am seeking a Marketing and Events Officer to join my client’s dynamic team! This role is perfect for a creative powerhouse with a passion for delivering extraordinary corporate events. You will be at the heart of creating high-impact brand experiences, from dazzling product launches to immersive client engagement events. Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and execute innovative event strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end planning of corporate events, including venue sourcing, logistics, budgeting, and supplier management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events support wider marketing and business objectives.
- Create compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
- Design and deliver high-impact promotional materials, digital content, and event branding.
- Manage event websites, registration platforms, and social media promotion.
- Manage event setup, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless delivery on the day of the event.
- Troubleshoot in real-time and adapt quickly to ensure a flawless experience for attendees.
- Analyse event performance, gather feedback, and report on ROI.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in future events.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and attendees.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate event planning and marketing (agency or in-house).
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
- Creative flair and a passion for storytelling through experiences.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- A proactive, energetic, and solutions-focused mindset.
