Catalyst Partners are pleased to be working exclusively with a Global Insurance business based in London to source a HR Ops Admin on an FTC basis for 6 months.
Up to £35,000 salary.
Remote working (with occasional visits to London) – Hybrid working is on offer if you prefer.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries and providing timely & accurate responses.
- Focus on Onboarding & Offboarding process.
- Escalate complex or serious queries to the HR Ops Manager.
- Data & file management.
- Support Payroll with Adhoc duties.
Experience
- Previous HR Admin exposure, minimum 2-3 years (Essential)
- Experience using Workday as a HR System (Essential)
- Experience with ServiceNow (Preferred)
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced team driven environment.
