Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading Global media organisation as they look to recruit an experienced and strategic Head of Growth
This is a key role leading a dynamic team focused on growing their existing customer base while driving new customer
acquisition.
This role will be instrumental in transforming the way the organisation engages with existing and new customers
ensuring that every interaction is an opportunity to add value.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy across customer expansion and new business acquisition.
- ? Lead, coach, and scale high-performing teams of Customer Growth Managers and New Business
- Sales Managers.
- ? Take the lead on sales pitches and negotiations with enterprise-level clients, ensuring the business
- secures and grows high-value accounts.
- ? Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive alignment and optimise the
- customer journey.
- ? Introduce and refine sales processes, playbooks, and tools to enable scalable, repeatable growth.
- ? Foster a high energy, collaborative and customer-first sales culture.
Essential skills:
- ? 5+ years in sales leadership, with proven success in driving revenue growth.
- ? Experience managing high-performing customer expansion and new business acquisition
- teams.
- ? A deep understanding of MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
- ? Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- ? Evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets.
- ? Skilled at influencing at senior levels and collaborating cross-functionally.
- ? Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and optimise team performance.
- ? Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Netsuite) and sales reporting.
- ? Strong organisational skills and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- ? A level of comfort with ambiguity and the resilience required to succeed when the plan isnβt finalised
