Reed Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading wholesaler who are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Commercial to lead its commercial operations and drive international growth. This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape business strategy, manage a high-performing team, and expand global partnerships.
To be successful, my client is keen to meet with candidates that can demonstrate experience in building revenue streams, along with having the ability to lead a develop commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the commercial team to achieve revenue targets
- Drive international sales and sourcing strategies
- Contribute to strategic planning as part of the senior management team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with UK, EU, and international regulations
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Experience in pharmaceutical wholesale or regulated industries
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field (preferred)
