Futures Clearing London is part of a global futures clearing business with affiliate offices in Sydney, Singapore, New York and Chicago facilitating a 24-hour service to a global customer base who are responsible for (but not limited to) client solutions as well as customer onboarding and clearing. You will be part of the larger futures clearing team, and exposed to all aspects of the futures clearing business.

What role will you play?

As a part of the London Client Solutions team you will be involved in and responsible for the day to day management of your own portfolio of clients acting as a Primary Client Solutions Representative, as well as periodic reviews of client processes, investigating ways to improve, streamline or automate, implementing accordingly. You will also be involved in the development and management of customer KPI’s, investigating root cause issues and subsequently working to resolve. Another aspect of the role you will be part of is conducting regular performance reviews with your own client portfolio, documenting meeting discussions, ensuring follow up and completion of any action points.
Lastly, you will be partnering with the EMEA sales team to pitch for new client business, providing operational expertise and solutions.
What you offer

- 5+ years’ experience in futures clearing client services, with a proven track record of client service performance and improving inefficient clearing processes
- In depth knowledge and experience of energy markets (European power and gas derivatives market in particular) preferable
- Engage and communicate with key internal stakeholders as well as external customers
- A strong risk mindset, with a methodical and diligent approach to daily key risk tasks, and the ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks
