Facilities Manager – Production studio.
West London
Amazing opportunity has arisen for a talented facilities professional to join a prestigious production/film studio and manage/oversee all facilities duties for the location. The role is based at their west London location and will operate on a shift rota (7am to 7pm).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a facilities professional who is either at Manager level or looking for that next step up in their career.
Typical duties include;
- Overseeing and managing front of house staff and runners
- Managing venders and suppliers
- Overseeing and monitoring all health and safety for the location
- Responsible for the maintenance and facilities of the building – internal and external
- Client liaison – working with and assisting the client with any issues when they are on site
- Planning maintenance projects and managing the delivery.
- Managing overall facilities and maintenance budgets
Required skills;
- Strong understanding of M&E/HVAC systems, drainage/plumbing systems and compliance
- Understanding of the ‘studio/production’ industry
- Health and safety and how that applies within a studio/production site
- IBOSH (desirable)
- Financial planning (within facilities)
- Passion for the production/media industry would be a distinct advantage
