Corporate Finance Director
Axon Moore is delighted to be working with an exciting Accountancy Practice who are looking for a Corporate Finance Director to join their team. The company is going through a period of growth and looking to expand with Manchester, this is an exciting time to join the business.
Salary – £80,000 – £100,000
Location – Manchester
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from initial client engagement to deal closure on our larger transactions.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments as appropriate.
- Prepare financial models, pitch materials, and presentation documents for clients as required.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert financial advice and guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
- Stay up to date with market trends and regulations in the lower market M&A space.
Person Specification:
- Fully qualified (ACCA/ACA)
- Proven ability to network both internally and externally
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strategic mindset
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Experience of managing a team
- Knowledge of the lower market M&A landscape is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of successfully managing and closing M&A transactions
