Role Overview:
They are looking for a hands-on Catering Manager to lead thier kitchen and front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting while delivering high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day catering operations.
- Lead and support a small team of staff and volunteers.
- Plan and prepare menus focused on breakfast, lunch, and light bites.
- Maintain stock levels and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A passion for community and customer service.
- Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above preferred).
