WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Working with our Application support team, you will become responsible for supporting our clients with any issues or queries, resolving them quickly, or escalating them so we deliver on our SLA’s. We deliver where others can’t, which at the core is our support function, meaning you will be an essential part in our delivery process. Working as a 2nd Line engineer, you will aid the 1st Line engineers with any more complex issues, along with working with the wider cross functional teams on projects where required.
LEAD SUPPORT ENGINEER – ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Previous experience in an application support position
- Demonstratable strong customer service experience
- Knowledge and experience of SQL databases
- Logical problem solving
- Strong documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
