- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners to the Fair-Loans program.
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships to ensure maximum performance and brand alignment.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports on ROI and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all affiliate creative assets and promotions meet financial services regulations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures with partners.
- Collaborate with the internal content team to provide affiliates with high-performing marketing materials.
Experience and qualifications
Experience and qualifications
- Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management (Financial Services experience is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
- A solid understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance within the UK financial sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
