The role
This is a highly visible position combining workplace management, front-of-house leadership, and corporate hospitality.
You’ll ensure the office operates seamlessly while delivering a best-in-class guest experience, reflecting the standards of a global brand house.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the face of the office, creating a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors
- Oversee day-to-day workplace operations across office and showroom spaces
- Ensure meeting rooms and client areas are consistently presentation-ready
- Deliver high-quality corporate hospitality for meetings, events, and visiting stakeholders
- Coordinate office services, suppliers, and facilities to maintain a smooth-running environment
- Support internal teams and foster a well-organised, efficient workplace
