Property Disposal Manager:
Sitting within the Asset Management function of a respected London based Specialist Property Lender.
The role will involve:
- Occasional property inspections
- Arranging for properties to be valued by a panel valuer
- Determining an appropriate sale strategy auction v estate agency
- Arranging for properties to occasionally be cleared out and cleaned.
- Appointing the auctioneers/estate agents – agreeing guide/listing prices
- Being the agents point of contact and dealing with any borrower and legal contact during the disposal process.
- Appointing solicitors to act on our behalf and pushing the sales process.
- Preparing completion statements
- Reporting progress to the head of the department
- Overseeing a successful disposal of security
The role would suit someone with real property/asset management experience, either having worked for a lender, an LPA receiver, or someone with real estate agency experience.
The role is a full time office based position offering a comprehensive benefits package inc 25 days holiday and discretionary bonus.
