Overview:
BDM Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced self-employed Buy-to-Let Mortgage Advisor to join our clients growing team. This role will focus on providing expert mortgage advice to new and existing buy-to-let landlords in the East London and Essex regions.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing Existing Portfolio: Work closely with our clients portfolio of over 2000 managed properties to provide remortgage advice and help landlords grow their investments through strategic mortgage solutions.
- Generating New Leads: Actively seek out and convert new buy-to-let mortgage leads within the specified geographic area.
- Providing Expert Advice: Offer personalised mortgage advice, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Negotiating with Lenders: Secure competitive mortgage rates and terms through effective negotiation with various lenders.
- Managing the Application Process: Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and referral partners to drive repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Buy-to-Let Mortgage Advisor
- Deep understanding of the buy-to-let mortgage market and regulatory landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
