Excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Front of House / General Office Assistant to join a medium-sized law firm in London. Salary £28-30k plus profit-related bonus and performance bonus. Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm.
This interesting and varied role is split between Reception and General Office. You will be working alongside one other Front of House / General Office Assistant and share similar duties. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and gain new skills. The role includes –
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Setting up meeting rooms including ordering lunches
- Booking couriers and taxis
- Scanning incoming mail and photocopying documents (approx. 50% of the time will be spent photocopying and scanning)
- Liaising with clients and assisting with client events
- Booking meeting rooms
- Ensure kitchen and stationery fully stocked
- Reporting IT issues
- Liaising with the marketing team and IT
- Supporting HR with admin on occasion
- Sending files to storage and updating the system
- Distributing post, franking mail
You will need to have excellent communication skills, and good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as experience in a customer facing role in an office.
